Quetta (HRNW): Balochistan Adviser for Sports and Youth Affairs Mina Majid Baloch has announced cash rewards for players who delivered outstanding performances in the Diamond Jubilee Football Tournament.
She announced that Shehkh Dost, who showed exceptional performance in the tournament final, will be awarded Rs. 2 million.
She further stated that Ali Agha, who represented the national football team in the tournament, will receive a Rs. 500,000 award.
According to the adviser, a warm welcome will also be arranged for the tournament hero at Quetta Airport on Thursday.
Mina Majid Baloch congratulated the national football team on winning an international title after 74 years, saying that players from Balochistan have demonstrated their talent on an international level.
She added that efforts are ongoing to promote football in the province and provide platforms for young athletes, while the 4th All Pakistan Chief Minister Balochistan Football Gold Cup will soon be held in Quetta.
