Karachi (HRNW)- Gwadar A boat belonging to fishermen from Karachi sank near Gwadar, resulting in one death and four missing, while one fisherman miraculously survived. According to details, the boat belonging to fishermen from Karachi sank in Gwadar Balochistan, with 6 fishermen on board.
The fishermen on board the boat that was involved in the accident belong to the Ibrahim Haideri, Ali Akbar Shah Goth and Machar Colony areas of Karachi. A father and son are also involved in the boat accident near Gwadar and the body of father Ayub has been recovered while son Zeeshan is still missing. In total, 4 fishermen are still missing, however, one fisherman miraculously survived.
Addressing the authorities, Kamal Shah, Media Coordinator of Pakistan Fisherfolk Forum, said that the Pakistan Fisherfolk Forum demands to expedite the rescue operation.
