Russian Strike Destroys US Drone Manufacturing Facility, Reports The Guardian

Kyiv (HRNW)- A Russian attack on Kyiv on July 26 destroyed a US-owned drone manufacturing company, according to a report by The Guardian.

According to media reports, the US drone company Terminal was founded in Delaware in 2023. The Guardian reported that the company manufactures long-range drones equipped with artificial intelligence and guidance systems designed to resist Russian electronic warfare.

Although no casualties were reported in the attack, the company did not respond to requests for comment from The Guardian.

The Russian Ministry of Defense said its forces targeted a drone assembly and storage facility in southwestern Kyiv where up to 1,000 drones were reportedly produced each month. However, the ministry did not identify the company by name.

According to The Guardian, the strike may represent the first known case of Russian forces deliberately targeting a facility owned by a US company.
