Mardan: Pakistan Air Force Training Aircraft Crashes, Two Officers Martyred

Mardan (HRNW): A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) training aircraft crashed during a routine training flight near Mardan.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the aircraft met with the accident during a standard training mission, resulting in the martyrdom of two officers.

ISPR confirmed that PAF Flight Lieutenant Muhammad Qasim Abdullah and Pakistan Navy Lieutenant Taha Abbasi were martyred in the incident.

The military spokesperson said that an initial investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the crash.

ISPR further stated that Field Marshal Asim Munir, the Services Chiefs, and all ranks of the armed forces expressed deep sorrow and grief over the tragic incident and extended heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyrs.
