Riyadh (HRNW)- The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has officially announced the key dates for the upcoming Umrah season, prompting pilgrims from around the world to begin preparations.
According to the ministry, under the new Umrah season, pilgrims will be allowed to enter Makkah from 15 Dhul-Hijjah 1448 AH, while Umrah visa issuance will begin on May 31, 2026.
The ministry further stated that Umrah permits will be available through the “Nusuk” app starting June 1, 2026. Pilgrims have been advised to complete registration on time and ensure their travel documents are ready to avoid any delays or complications.
Saudi authorities said the final date for issuing Umrah visas will be 1 Shawwal 1448 AH (March 9, 2027), while the last date for entry into Saudi Arabia will be 15 Shawwal 1448 AH (March 23, 2027).
Similarly, the deadline for pilgrims to depart Saudi Arabia has been set for 30 Shawwal 1448 AH (April 7, 2027).
The ministry emphasized that all pilgrims must obtain permits through the Nusuk digital platform and comply with updated travel regulations and health guidelines.
