Karachi (HRNW) – Judicial Magistrate South Kulsoom Mustafa Sahto has approved police challans submitted in murder and drug-related cases registered against accused Anmol alias Pinky.
During proceedings, significant progress was reported in the murder case registered at Baghdadi Police Station. The court approved the challan submitted by police and ordered that the case be transferred to the Sessions Court for trial.
The court observed that the case against Anmol alias Pinky will proceed under the charge of causing death (culpable homicide) rather than a direct murder charge, subject to further legal proceedings.
The Judicial Magistrate also approved supplementary challans in six cases registered at Gizri Police Station.
According to police, accused Anmol alias Pinky had been absconding in all the cases. Legal proceedings will now continue before the relevant trial court.
