Karachi (HRNW)– Mayor Murtaza Wahab met with Federal Government Spokesperson Barrister Raja Ansari and a PIDCL delegation to discuss the Green Line Bus Project. During the meeting, the delegation addressed the mayor’s concerns and assured that the project would be completed within one year.

The briefing revealed that the 1.8 km stretch will feature three new bus stations, covering the route from Numaish Chowrangi to Municipal Park Jamia Cloth. The project, which faced a six-year delay since its initial start in 2016, has now resumed thanks to the coordinated efforts of the federal and Sindh governments along with the mayor.
Mayor Wahab emphasized the need for timely completion of the Green Line project, and a press conference announcing the project’s restart is scheduled for Monday.
