Kharan (HRNW) – Security forces have killed three alleged militants affiliated with the Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) during an operation in the Killi Sarwan area of Kharan, Balochistan.
According to security sources, local residents informed the Quick Response Force (QRF) about suspicious individuals traveling on motorcycles. Acting on the information, the QRF immediately launched an operation and established an ambush near Killi Sarwan.
Security officials said that an exchange of fire took place during the operation, resulting in the deaths of three alleged militants. A large quantity of arms and equipment was also recovered from the site.
The recovered items reportedly included:
- 2 RPG launchers
- 14 rockets
- Improvised Explosive Device (IED) material
- 2 motorcycles
- 3 Sub-Machine Guns (SMGs)
- 700 rounds of SMG ammunition
Security officials stated that further search and clearance operations are underway in the area to eliminate any remaining threats.
