Karachi (HRNW) – Residents of Jamshed Town have expressed serious concerns over alleged construction activities being carried out without an approved building plan and have demanded immediate action from relevant authorities.
According to local residents, construction work is allegedly continuing at Plot No. 4, Block 7/8, K.M.C.H.S, Shahrah-e-Faisal, in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
Residents claimed that effective action from the concerned authorities has not been visible so far. They expressed concerns that if the alleged illegal construction is not addressed in time, it could create future safety risks and urban management issues.
The residents have appealed to the Chief Minister of Sindh, Chief Secretary Sindh, Commissioner Karachi, Director General Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), Deputy Commissioner, and Director Jamshed Town to conduct an immediate inspection of the construction site.
They demanded that if the construction is found to be taking place without legal approval, action should be taken according to the law and those responsible should be held accountable.
