Islamabad (HRNW)- An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has declared Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s sisters, Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan, as proclaimed offenders in connection with the October 4 protest case.
The case was heard by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra, who also issued permanent arrest warrants for Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan. The court further directed the authorities to submit details of the sisters’ properties.
Earlier, the police completed the legal proceedings required for declaring the accused proclaimed offenders and submitted their report before the court. Based on the police report, the court formally declared both Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan proclaimed offenders.
The case against Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan has been registered at Kohsar Police Station in Islamabad.
