Lahore / Karachi (HRNW): Following the persistent efforts, moral guidance, and outreach of former Pakistan cricket team captain Mohammad Yousuf, 12 members of his close family have embraced Islam together. The family members include highly educated professionals, including a doctor and a university professor.
According to reports, these individuals are Mohammad Yousuf’s close relatives who had completely severed all familial and social ties with him when he originally converted to Islam in 2005. Remaining steadfast and practicing the Islamic principles of maintaining family bonds, Yousuf began visiting them regularly over the past year, showcasing the peaceful and compassionate teachings of the faith.
Yesterday, these reconciliatory efforts culminated in the entire 12-member family embracing Islam. Former prominent cricketers Saeed Anwar and Inzamam-ul-Haq also actively assisted and supported Mohammad Yousuf throughout this reconciliation and outreach process. Well-wishers and community members have expressed immense joy over the development, praying for the family’s steadfastness and guidance on their new spiritual journey.
