Baku (HRNW)- Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif arrived in Azerbaijan on an official visit to participate in the international “World Urban Forum” being held in Baku.
Upon her arrival at the forum, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and his wife warmly welcomed Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif and also posed for a group photograph with her.
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif is scheduled to deliver a keynote address at the World Leaders Summit at the Baku Olympic Stadium, where she will present the Punjab government’s flagship housing initiative, “Your Roof, Your Home,” before global leaders and international delegates.
According to officials, Punjab’s affordable housing model will also be showcased as a case study at the Pakistan Pavilion, aiming to highlight Pakistan’s housing initiatives and urban development efforts at the international level.
