LARKANA (HRNW): Following the special directives of SSP Larkana, Ahmed Faisal Chaudhry (QPM, PSP), the Larkana Police successfully apprehended a key suspect, Zakir Lashari, wanted for his involvement in the high-profile murder of Ahmed Khan Jalbani.
According to police reports, the arrest was made during a targeted operation that also led to the recovery of an unlicensed pistol and ammunition from the suspect’s possession. A formal case has been registered against Zakir Lashari at the Bakapur Police Station under the Sindh Arms Act, in addition to the existing murder charges.
SSP Ahmed Faisal Chaudhry stated that the police are conducting further interrogations to track down other accomplices and ensures that legal proceedings will be fast-tracked to provide justice to the victim’s family. He reaffirmed that the crackdown on absconders and criminals remains a top priority for the Larkana Police to maintain law and order across the district.
