Tehran (HRNW)- Iran has strongly denied rumors circulating about recent attacks by Israel and the United States, saying that the country’s top political and military leadership is completely safe.
According to Iranian official sources, Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is in a safe location and is overseeing national security matters. Iranian President Masoud Peshmerga is also completely safe and is leading government affairs.
Similarly, Army Chief Major General Amir Hatami is also well and is carrying out operational responsibilities of the armed forces. The Ministry of Defense added that the Iranian armed forces are on full alert and ready to deal with any potential threat.
The official statement clarified that state affairs are continuing as usual and all measures are being taken to ensure the country’s security.
