Air Ambulance Crashes in Jharkhand’s Dense Forests; Seven Feared Dead

INDIA (HRNW): An air ambulance traveling from Ranchi to New Delhi crashed in the Chatra district of Jharkhand, raising fears for the lives of all seven people on board. The aircraft was transporting a patient for medical treatment when the incident occurred.

According to preliminary reports, the plane went down in a dense forest region and was completely destroyed upon impact. Due to the difficult terrain and the severity of the crash, authorities have stated that the chances of survival for the passengers and crew are slim, though official confirmation of fatalities is still pending.

The aircraft reportedly last made contact with Kolkata Air Traffic Control at 7:34 PM before disappearing from radar. Rescue teams and local authorities have been dispatched to the remote crash site to conduct search and recovery operations.
