New Delhi (HRNW) – India’s youth movement Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has announced that it will resume peaceful protests across the country from tomorrow if cases registered against protesting students are not withdrawn and government commitments are not implemented.
According to the CJP leadership, the government had assured that no action would be taken against students involved in the protests. However, the movement claims that arrests and legal cases against students are still continuing in several states.
The organization has demanded the immediate release of all detained students and the withdrawal of cases registered against them.
CJP leaders warned that if their demands are not addressed, the movement will restart nationwide protest activities.
