Jamal Raisani Warns of ‘Digital War’ Targeting Youth, Calls for Vigilance and Development Opportunities

Quetta (HRNW) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Member of the National Assembly Nawabzada Jamal Raisani has said that a silent and organized campaign is being waged against Pakistan, with the primary target being the minds of young people rather than conventional warfare.

Speaking at a press conference in Quetta alongside Provincial Ministers Ali Madad Jatak and Asim Kurdgalo, Raisani said that modern conflicts have increasingly shifted to digital platforms and social media.

He stated that certain elements are allegedly using mobile applications and online platforms to communicate, plan activities, and recruit young people. According to him, social media campaigns and online trends are also being used to influence and mislead youth.

Jamal Raisani emphasized that the government and relevant institutions should closely monitor such activities. He added that providing constructive opportunities, positive engagement, and development initiatives for the youth of Balochistan is essential to prevent them from being drawn toward extremism or other negative influences.

He further stated that separatist politics in the name of Balochistan would not be allowed and that all forms of what he described as misleading campaigns would be actively countered.
