Rising Inflation Causes Sharp Decline in Private School Admissions

Karachi (HRNW)- Rising inflation in Karachi has not only affected ordinary life but also its negative effects on the education sector are clearly visible. There has been a significant decline in the rate of new admissions in private schools in the city, which has left parents very worried.

Parents say that school fees, admission charges and other educational expenses have become beyond their reach, while meeting basic daily needs has also become difficult. In this situation, getting children admitted to expensive private schools has become a big challenge.

Many families have been forced to stop the admission of their children, while some parents are forced to turn to government schools. Citizens say that if this situation continues, both the quality and accessibility of education may be affected in the coming time.

On the other hand, citizens have demanded that the government control the fees of private schools and provide relief to the public so that every child can get an education.
