KARACHI (HRNW) – The Karachi Police have arrested two individuals for violating Section 144 and have registered a case against them.
According to police, the arrested suspects, Abdullah Owais and Abid, were spotted flying a drone in Phase 8 during routine patrols. Flying drones is a clear violation of orders issued by the Sindh government.
Officials said the province has imposed a 60-day ban on the use of drones, UAVs, and helikams, and the action against the suspects was taken to enforce Section 144.
The ban was implemented across Sindh on February 27 due to security concerns in the province.
