LEIAH (HRNW) – Following an operation by the Anti-Corruption Establishment, Leiah, Rana Abdul Ghaffar has been immediately suspended.
On the recommendation of the Deputy Commissioner of Leiah, the Punjab Land Record Authority suspended Rana Abdul Ghaffar from his role as Service Center Officer and directed him to report to the Punjab Land Record Authority Headquarters.
Earlier, a case was registered against him after alleged corruption allegations surfaced during a raid conducted under the supervision of a magistrate. The accused is currently in judicial custody.
Authorities have also ordered departmental and legal proceedings against the official.
