Karachi (HRNW)- A major development has emerged for the city as a formal agreement has been signed for the construction of Pakistan’s tallest building, “Burj-e-Quaid,” in DHA City Karachi.
The agreement was signed between DHA City Karachi and ABS Developers, under which work on the ambitious 82-storey project will officially begin.
According to the project plan, the 941-foot-tall Burj-e-Quaid will become the tallest building in Pakistan. The modern high-rise structure will be built on approximately 6 acres of land within DHA City Karachi, with a completion target of six years.
Officials said that the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has already issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) permitting the construction up to a height of 941 feet. ABS Developers will execute the project under the supervision of international consultants and engineering experts.
The project is expected to promote modern urban infrastructure in Karachi, attract local and foreign investment, and boost commercial activities. Experts are describing the development as the beginning of a new era of modern high-rise construction in Pakistan.
