Islamabad (HRNW)- The Power Division of Pakistan has announced load management power cuts across the country during the evening hours. According to a Power Division spokesperson, load shedding will be done for 2.25 hours (2.25 hours) from 5 pm to 1 am every day.
The spokesperson said that this step is being taken to keep the power system stable during peak hours and avoid possible additional financial pressure.
According to him, the aim of load management is to prevent a possible increase in the price of electricity by about Rs 3 per unit, so that there is no additional burden on the consumers. The Power Division says that this decision was inevitable to maintain the balance of electricity demand and supply.
