Gadap Administration Issues Notice Over Alleged Illegal Construction in Deh Chuhar

KARACHI: (HRNW) In a major move against land encroachment, the Mukhtiarkar Revenue Gadap has issued a formal notice regarding alleged illegal constructions in Deh Chuhar. The notice, issued under Section 22 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act 1967, targets unauthorized structures on NC No. 103.

According to the official directive, the concerned individual has been ordered to appear before the Mukhtiarkar Gadap to provide a legal justification for the construction. Failure to comply will result in immediate legal action, including the demolition of the structures. Notably, the administration has warned that all expenses incurred during the anti-encroachment operation will be recovered from the violator.

The notice emphasizes that these unauthorized activities are in direct violation of the standing orders of the Supreme Court of Pakistan regarding state land protection. Copies of the notice have been dispatched to the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Malir and Assistant Commissioner (AC) Gadap for oversight. Furthermore, the Anti-Encroachment Police and the SHO Gadap have been alerted to provide security and logistical support if an operation becomes necessary.
