Karachi, Pakistan (HRNW)- The Sindh Local Government Department has issued strict instructions making attendance at training courses mandatory for local council officers.
The Special Secretary of Local Government has directed all regional directors to ensure officers are nominated on time for training sessions at the Training Academy and that their attendance is closely monitored.
Expressing concern over delays in nominations for sessions at the Tando Jam Academy, the department emphasized that officers must attend all training programs to improve their professional performance and enhance overall effectiveness in local governance.
Officials have been warned that departmental action will be taken against those who fail to comply with these directives, underlining the government’s commitment to effective and accountable local administration.
