Karachi (HRNW) – The Sindh High Court held a Full Court Reference to honour the retirement of its senior judge, Justice Mahmood A. Khan, recognizing his distinguished judicial career and valuable contributions to the administration of justice.
The ceremony was attended by Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput, fellow senior judges, and members of the judiciary.
Office-bearers of the Sindh High Court Bar Association, the Karachi Bar Association, and a large number of senior advocates also participated in the reference, reflecting the legal community’s respect for Justice Mahmood A. Khan’s service.
During the proceedings, speakers paid tribute to Justice Mahmood A. Khan’s dedication, professionalism, and significant contributions to the judiciary. They acknowledged his role in upholding the rule of law and strengthening the judicial system throughout his tenure.
The Full Court Reference also featured discussions on legal and judicial matters, with members of the legal fraternity highlighting the importance of an independent judiciary, judicial integrity, and continued cooperation between the Bench and the Bar.
