KARACHI (HRNW): A tragic incident has been reported in the Mehran Town area of Korangi, where an 18-year-old woman was shot dead inside a residence.
According to Chhipa sources, the shooting took place near Hazara Chowk in Mehran Town. The victim was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) via a Chhipa ambulance, but she had already succumbed to her injuries.
Identification of the Victim:
The deceased has been identified as Sanam, wife of Zulfiqar, aged approximately 18 years.
Police have reached the scene and initiated an investigation to determine the nature of the incident—whether it was a result of domestic violence, a target killing, or an accidental shooting. No arrests have been reported thus far as authorities gather evidence from the premises.
