HYDERABAD (HRNW): Commissioner Hyderabad Division, Fayaz Hussain Abbasi, has announced stringent security and administrative measures to ensure the peaceful and transparent conduct of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part I and II Annual Examinations 2026. According to the official notification issued upon the request of the Chairman of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Hyderabad, Section 144 has been imposed across the division and will remain in effect from April 7 to April 17, 2026. Under these regulations, all examination centers have been declared “Restricted Areas” where entry is strictly limited to candidates carrying original admit cards and authorized staff on duty, while the general public is completely prohibited from entering the premises. Furthermore, all photostat machines located in the vicinity of examination centers are ordered to remain closed during exam hours to prevent any illegal activity or the reproduction of question papers. Police officers of Inspector rank and above have been empowered to take strict legal action and register FIRs under Section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code against anyone found violating these orders. Copies of the directive have been dispatched to the IG Sindh, DIG Hyderabad, and all relevant Deputy Commissioners to ensure immediate implementation and maintain the sanctity of the academic process.
