Islamabad (HRNW)- The trial court judge has ruled in his written order that the prosecution failed to present any credible evidence in six cases against Imran Khan, including the May 9 protest and attempted murder. According to the court, Imran Khan’s presence at the scene of the incident could not be proven in the protest cases, nor was there any evidence to prove that the protest was on Imran Khan’s instructions or instructions.
The court order further stated that the prosecution did not provide concrete evidence in support of the allegations despite the passage of more than two years, due to which the court decided to grant Imran Khan bail in these six cases after two and a half years.
The court clarified that the prosecution’s position was found weak based on the record available at the bail stage, hence the accused is being granted bail. Further legal proceedings will continue as per the relevant laws.
