Court Dismisses Petition Against Recruitment of Assistant Engineers in Education Department

Karachi (HRNW)- The court in Islamabad has dismissed a petition challenging the recruitment of Assistant Engineers in the School Education and Literacy Department.

The petitioner, Aamir, had argued that in February 2021, the department issued an advertisement for the recruitment of Assistant Engineers but allegedly hired seven candidates, including Adeel Ahmed and Khalid Sami, in violation of the advertised criteria.

After reviewing the case, the court rejected the petitioner’s claims, stating that the appointed Assistant Engineers were duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and that their recruitment was conducted in accordance with the law.

Following the court’s decision, the appointments of the Assistant Engineers remain valid, and the petitioner’s challenge has been declared unsuccessful.
