Pending Cases Update Following Establishment of Federal Constitutional Court

Islamabad, Pakistan (HRNW) – Following the establishment of the Federal Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Pakistan has released updated statistics on pending cases.

The number of pending cases in the Supreme Court has now reduced to 33,796, down from 56,608 pending cases as of 13th November.

A total of 22,910 cases were transferred from the Supreme Court to the Federal Constitutional Court, helping to streamline the judicial process and reduce the backlog of cases.
