Muzaffarabad (HRNW)- Advisor to the Prime Minister on Political Affairs Senator Rana Sanaullah Khan and Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs Engineer Amir Muqam addressed large public rallies in Thakyal Fatehpur and Khai Ratta as part of the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) election campaign in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
During the gatherings, local elders and community members announced their decision to join the PML-N, while the party leaders welcomed the new members by presenting them with party scarves.
Rana Sanaullah Khan and Engineer Amir Muqam also visited the LA-13 Khai Ratta and LA-9 Thakyal Fatehpur constituencies, where they received a warm welcome from party workers and supporters through rallies, flower showers, drumbeats, and slogans in favor of the party leadership.
Addressing the rallies, Rana Sanaullah Khan urged the people of Azad Kashmir to vote for the PML-N if they wanted solutions to their problems and fulfillment of promises. He claimed that the party had previously doubled the budget of Azad Kashmir and pledged to increase it tenfold if elected.
Engineer Amir Muqam said that voting for the PML-N would bring development, prosperity, and fulfillment of public commitments. He added that Nawaz Sharif personally guaranteed development for Azad Kashmir under a PML-N government.
Later, Rana Sanaullah Khan and Engineer Amir Muqam visited the residence of late party worker Malik Ashiq Pervez in Fatehpur to offer condolences, recite Fateha, and express sympathy with the bereaved family.
Rana Sanaullah Khan paid tribute to the late worker, saying Malik Ashiq Pervez had rendered valuable services to the party and that his death was a significant loss. Engineer Amir Muqam said party workers were the strength and pride of the PML-N.
