Lahore (HRNW): Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court, Justice Aalia Neelum, has appointed Additional Session Judges as specialized tribunals across all 36 districts of Punjab under the Punjab Property Ownership (Amendment) Act.
Mass Transfer of Cases and Judicial Appointments
According to judicial sources, the Chief Justice of the Lahore High Court has formally dispatched the verified list of the nominated judges to the Government of Punjab. In a major move to clear judicial bottlenecks, the High Court has vacated stay orders on a total of 575 property-related cases, deciding to transfer all such pending lawsuits directly to these newly designated tribunals.
District-Wise Nominations of Judges
As per the issued details, the following Additional Session Judges have been appointed to head the tribunals in their respective districts:

Similarly, specialized tribunal responsibilities have been handed over to Additional Session Judges in all other districts of the province, including Gujrat, Hafizabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Khanewal, Khushab, Lodhran, Layyah, Mandi Bahauddin, Mianwali, and Multan.
