HYDERABAD (HRNW) – Thanks to continuous surveillance and professional police operations, the Hyderabad City Police have successfully tracked down and safely recovered a 17-year-old boy who had been missing for over a month.
According to details, 17-year-old Zain-ul-Abideen, son of Atif Ilahi, had gone missing from near his residence close to Hasrat Mohani Library, Home Stead Hall Chari (Hyderabad), on April 7, 2026. Utilizing advanced technical support and effective investigative methods, the police successfully traced and recovered the teenager from Karachi.
The successful operation was carried out following the special directives of SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar, under the direct supervision of SP Headquarters Zain Raza Baloch, and led by SHO City Shaukat Malukani.
Upon being reunited with his son, Atif Ilahi expressed his deepest gratitude to SSP Hyderabad, SP Headquarters, and SHO City, highly praising the Hyderabad Police for their exceptional professionalism and swift actions.
On the occasion, SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar reiterated that the Hyderabad Police remain fully committed to protecting the lives and property of the public, adding that ensuring the welfare and security of citizens remains their foremost priority.
