Tehran (HRNW)- Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has strongly reacted to recent U.S. military actions, warning that Iran will not tolerate any attack or threat against its security and sovereignty.
In a statement posted on social media platform X, Abbas Araqchi said that despite failures on the battlefield, the United States is attempting to test Iran’s resolve and courage. He emphasized that the Iranian nation and armed forces are fully capable of delivering a strong response to any form of aggression.
Addressing Washington directly, the Iranian foreign minister stated that if the United States wants to ensure its own safety, it should leave the Middle East region. He added that Iran’s powerful forces would not leave any attack, provocation, or threat unanswered.
Abbas Araqchi further said that the history of the Persian Gulf demonstrates how foreign powers and invaders have repeatedly faced difficulties and failures in the region. According to him, historical examples show that external intervention has consistently failed to achieve its objectives.
The statement comes amid renewed tensions between Iran and the United States, with both countries exchanging strong military and diplomatic messages in recent days. Political observers believe Araqchi’s remarks reflect Tehran’s view that U.S. actions pose a threat to regional stability and that Iran remains committed to maintaining its defensive posture.
