Karachi (HRNW): The Judicial Magistrate South took up two separate narcotics cases registered at the Garden Police Station against alleged drug dealer Anmol, widely known as Pinky. During the proceedings, the cases faced further delays as the Investigative Officer (IO) failed to submit the formal charge sheet (challan) before the court.
Citing pending procedural requirements, the Investigative Officer once again requested additional time from the court to finalize the documentation. The honorable court granted the extension but strictly directed the IO to ensure the submission of the challan at the next scheduled hearing.
Furthermore, the prison administration failed to produce the primary accused, Anmol alias Pinky, and her co-accused even through the designated video-link facility during the day’s proceedings. Consequently, the court adjourned the hearing of both cases until June 15.
