Karachi (HRNW): Female doctor Mahnoor Nasir, who recently fell victim to a brutal acid attack in Quetta, Balochistan, has been shifted to a private hospital in Karachi to receive advanced medical treatment.
Medical Condition and Visual Assessment
According to hospital sources, Dr. Mahnoor Nasir has been admitted to the Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH), where she is currently undergoing specialized medical care. Initial medical reports indicate that she has sustained approximately 13% acid burn injuries across her body.
Sources further revealed that while the acid has severely affected the structural areas surrounding both of her eyes, her eyesight miraculously remains safe and undamaged.
Current Medical Care
Attending doctors stated that the patient has been placed under intensive specialized care. A medical team is continuously monitoring her clinical status and assessing her recovery progress to determine further procedural interventions.
