Islamabad (HRNW) — The Benazir Income Support Program has announced a significant boost in financial support for deserving women ahead of Ramadan. Each quarterly installment has been increased by ₨1,000, raising the amount from ₨13,500 to ₨14,500 per beneficiary.
In addition, educational scholarships under the Benazir Educational Scholarship and developmental grants under the Benazir Nashonuma Program have also been increased by ₨500.
Meanwhile, a direct e-court session was held at the BISP Headquarters under the chairmanship of Senator Rubina Khalid. During the session, the Chairperson urged women who have not yet obtained a free SIM for their digital wallets to visit BISP offices immediately to acquire one.
