Karachi (HRNW) — Sajjad Ali Sumro has condemned the tragic incident at Soldier Bazaar, calling it not an accident but the outcome of 17 years of mismanagement, incompetence, and criminal negligence.
He stated that the ruling Pakistan Peoples Party has completely failed to protect the lives and property of citizens. According to him, widespread sale of substandard cylinders, illegal CNG and LPG businesses under buildings, and the absence of an effective inspection system all reflect government negligence.
Sajjad Ali Sumro demanded that an FIR be registered against the ruling party in connection with the Soldier Bazaar incident and that those responsible be held accountable under the law.
