Karachi (HRNW)– In Shahr-e-Quaid, Sohrab Goth police arrested a robber in an injured condition after an alleged encounter near Super Highway Lasi Goth, while the public apprehended his accomplice and subjected him to severe beating, leaving him critically injured.
Both injured suspects were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital by Chhipa volunteers for medical treatment. Rescue officials confirmed that 25-year-old Yousuf was injured in the police encounter, while 22-year-old Arbaaz sustained injuries due to public violence.
Police recovered two pistols, mobile phones, bullets, and a motorcycle from the suspects. Verification of the motorcycle and weapons has been requested from the AVLC. Authorities are also checking the criminal history of both arrested robbers.
