Faisalabad (HRNW) — According to the Office of the Provincial Election Commissioner Punjab, a person was taken into custody by police in Faisalabad for recording a video while casting a vote and uploading it on social media during polling.
The DRO (District Returning Officer) stated that violating the secrecy of the vote is a legal offense.

A spokesperson confirmed that the arrested individual has been identified as Muhammad Kaleem, son of Muhammad Amin, resident of Chak No. 192, Rab Habib Nagar. He was caught in violation of election laws while casting his vote and was immediately arrested at the polling station.
