Turbat: Family of Outlawed BLA (Bashir Zeb Group) Female Commander Shehnaz Baloch Declare Complete Disassociation

TURBAT (HRNW) – The immediate family and close relatives of Shehnaz Baloch, a female commander of the proscribed Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) Bashir Zeb Group, have formally and completely disassociated themselves from her and her militant activities during a press conference at the local press club.

Addressing the media at the Turbat Press Club, Shehnaz Baloch’s mother, Rukhsana, alongside her grandfather and maternal uncle, revealed that Shehnaz had moved to Oman at a very young age. They stated that the family has had absolutely no contact or connection with her for approximately the past 12 years.

The mother informed journalists that Shehnaz’s father passed away when she was a mere nine-month-old infant. She emphasized that the family was entirely unaware of her involvement in extremist activities or her operational links with any banned outfit.

Furthermore, Shehnaz Baloch’s paternal uncle and other relatives stated in unequivocal terms that the family bears no responsibility or connection to any of her words, actions, or militant engagements. They maintained that they are peaceful, law-abiding Pakistani citizens who have consistently respected the state institutions and the law of the land.
