KARACHI (HRNW): The Karachi Police has made a significant breakthrough in the tragic accident that claimed the lives of two brothers in the Karimabad area. SSP Central, Dr. Imran, confirmed that the trailer driver, identified as Mohammad Chand, has been apprehended following a successful investigation.
The arrest was made possible through the analysis of CCTV footage from the scene, which allowed authorities to track the vehicle and identify the driver. Clarifying the details of the incident, SSP Central stated that while a heavy vehicle was parked on the side of the road at the time of the accident, it was not at fault.
The tragedy occurred when a speeding trailer struck the two brothers, who were traveling on a motorcycle. According to police findings, the victims were crushed under the rear tires of the trailer and died on the spot.
Legal proceedings are currently underway against the arrested driver, and a further investigation into the crash is ongoing. Police officials have urged citizens to strictly adhere to traffic safety regulations and speed limits to prevent such devastating loss of life.
