Teams from CNW, the Industries Department, and the Labour Department reached the site immediately. Faisalabad Deputy Commissioner Nadeem Nasir confirmed that the explosion occurred in a 25-year-old factory located in a densely populated area with nearly 100 factories in the locality. A team has been dispatched to arrest the factory owner.

Faisalabad is Pakistan’s largest industrial zone, home to 65,000–70,000 industrial units, highlighting ongoing concerns over industrial safety and regulation.
