Pakistani Diplomacy Praised in India for Mediating US-Iran Ceasefire

New Delhi (HRNW)- Pakistan’s role in securing the ceasefire between the US and Iran is receiving unprecedented appreciation in India, highlighting the global recognition of Pakistani diplomacy.

The hashtag #PakGlobalPeaceMaker became the top trend on social media platform X, where Indian analysts, intellectuals, and citizens openly praised Pakistan’s efforts. The leadership of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir is being described as effective and positive in promoting peace in the region.

Indian professor Ashok Swain tweeted that this development is a success for Iran and an honor for Pakistan, noting that attempts to isolate Pakistan globally have failed. Defense analyst Praveen Sahni called Prime Minister Sharif’s diplomacy “brilliant,” while writer Atul Khatri expressed gratitude, saying he never expected to publicly praise Pakistan.

Intellectual Jayant Bhandari highlighted Pakistan’s ability to produce effective leaders, and defense expert Abhijit Iyer Mitra praised Pakistan’s skill and courage in mediation. Journalist Aditi Menon recognized the 14-day ceasefire as a success, and film critic KRK noted that Pakistan’s efforts prevented a potential nuclear conflict, safeguarding the region and the world.

It should be noted that at Pakistan’s request, a two-week ceasefire between the US and Iran was established, which has been widely acknowledged as a positive step toward regional stability. Pakistan’s successful diplomacy has reduced tensions and strengthened its global standing.
