HYDERABAD (HRNW): Following the special directives of SSP Hyderabad Shahzeb Chachar, the Hali Road Police successfully recovered a 15-year-old girl, Umm-e-Hani, who was abducted at gunpoint earlier this month.
According to police reports, the girl’s mother, Madiha, wife of Muhammad Umar Sheikh, filed a complaint on March 9, 2026. She alleged that two individuals, identified as Arif Khoso and Murtaza Khoso, had kidnapped her daughter at gunpoint. Acting on the complaint, the Hali Road Police registered an FIR (No. 68/2026) under sections 365-B and 34 of the Pakistan Penal Code and launched a strategic operation for the girl’s recovery.
Under the supervision of SHO Hali Road Inspector Muhammad Hashim Brohi and Investigation Officer Mohsin Khanzada, a police team conducted multiple raids and utilized professional intelligence-gathering techniques. Through these sustained efforts, the abducted girl was safely recovered on March 15, 2026. The police are now conducting further investigations to apprehend the suspects involved in the kidnapping.
