Gold Prices Drop Sharply in Global and Pakistani Markets, Silver Also Declines

Karachi (HRNW)- Gold and silver prices declined in both the global and local bullion markets on the first business day of the week.

According to market data, the price of gold per ounce in the international bullion market fell by $38, bringing the new global price to $4,073 per ounce.

Following the global trend, the price of 24-carat gold per tola in Pakistan’s local bullion markets dropped by Rs3,800, reaching Rs429,736 per tola.

Similarly, the price of gold per 10 grams decreased by Rs3,258, settling at Rs368,429.

Silver prices also recorded a decline, with the price of silver per tola falling by Rs123 to Rs6,339, while the price of silver per 10 grams decreased by Rs106 to Rs5,434.
