KARACHI (HRNW) – In a highly coordinated intelligence-based joint operation, the Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Karachi and a federal intelligence agency successfully apprehended two highly wanted terrorists belonging to the outlawed terrorist organization, the Sindh Revolution Army (SRA). The successful raid thwarted a major sabotage plot aimed at disrupting the city during the upcoming festive occasion of Eid-ul-Adha. The arrested individuals include a fugitive target killer wanted for a high-profile attack on a Chinese dental clinic in Karachi.
According to the official press release issued by the Spokesperson of CTD Sindh Karachi, the operational details are as follows:
1. Suspect Allah Dino: Eid-ul-Adha Sabotage Scheme Dismantled
-
Location of Arrest: The suspect, Allah Dino (son of Ghulam Muhammad), was intercepted and arrested at the Hub River Road Bus Terminal in Yousuf Goth, Karachi, while smuggling high-grade explosives inside a passenger bus.

The smuggled cache was intended to execute large-scale terrorist attacks and bombings across Karachi during Eid-ul-Adha.
-
Legal Proceedings & Recoveries: Case FIR No. 42/2026 has been registered against the suspect at the CTD Operations Karachi Police Station under Sections 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act of 1908 and Section 7 of the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) of 1997. Law enforcement recovered the following materials from his possession:

2. Suspect Faraz Ahmed alias “Toto”: Chinese Dental Clinic Attack Fugitive Apprehended

-
Criminal Background: The suspect was a proclaimed offender and a declared fugitive in connection with the notorious 2022 high-profile armed attack on the “HU Dental Clinic” in the Saddar area of Karachi. Alongside his already arrested accomplices—identified as Waqar Khushk, Nabeel Ahmed Gabol, and Wazir Ali Khushk—Faraz Ahmed had opened fire on Chinese-origin Pakistani nationals. The attack resulted in the death of Ronald Raymond Pau and left Dr. Richard Pau and his wife, Phen Tine, critically injured.
-
Arms Recovery and Double Arrest: At the time of his arrest, police recovered one 30-bore pistol along with 5 live rounds from his possession. Consequently, a new case, FIR No. 43/2026 under Section 23 of the Sindh Arms Act 2013, was registered at the CTD Operations Karachi Police Station. Furthermore, he has been formally re-arrested under the original clinic attack case, FIR No. 71/2022, registered at the CTD Karachi Police Station.
Ongoing Interrogations and Joint Crackdown
The CTD spokesperson confirmed that thorough interrogations of both arrested terrorists are currently underway, and further critical disclosures regarding the network are expected. To completely dismantle the operational infrastructure, organizational associates, target killers, and facilitators of the suspects, joint specialized teams consisting of CTD personnel and federal intelligence operatives have been formed. These teams are actively conducting raids across various regional hideouts, and further breakthrough arrests are highly anticipated in the near future.
