Washington (HRNW)– US President Donald Trump said that winning the FIFA Peace Prize is a great honor for me. We have saved many lives, working with Canada and Mexico to coordinate the 2026 World Cup.

US President Trump attended the ceremony with First Lady Melania Trump and her daughter Tiffany.
According to FIFA, the purpose of the prize is to “reward those who have taken extraordinary steps for peace and in doing so have united people around the world.
In addition, the draw for the FIFA Football World Cup 2026 has also been announced.
Mexico is in Group A, Canada is in Group B and the United States is in Group D, the mega event will be played from June 11 to July 19.
