US Air Force Thunderbirds F-16 Crashes During Training, Pilot Ejects Safely

California (HRNW)- A US Air Force Thunderbirds F-16 crashed. A fighter jet from the US Air Force’s elite Thunderbirds Demonstration Squadron crashed in the Southern California desert on Wednesday, but the pilot was able to eject safely in time.

The F-16 fighter jet was on a training flight. Video of the plane crashing and the pilot ejecting has gone viral on social media. The US Air Force has launched an investigation into the accident.

The pilot was slightly injured in the accident and was taken to the hospital for treatment. The F-16 Sea Fighting Falcon crashed during a training mission at approximately 10:45 am.

It should be remembered that in the same area in 2022, a Navy F/A-18E Super Hornet crashed near Trona, in which the pilot was killed.
