Washington (HRNW)– Former US President Donald Trump has claimed that Ukraine is not ready to sign the peace proposal prepared by the US. According to him, the resistance from the Ukrainian president is hindering the negotiation process.
Speaking to reporters, Trump complained that “the Ukrainian president is constantly hindering the progress of the negotiations, while the proposal was prepared to end the Russia-Ukraine war.”
Trump said that the proposal to end the war is intended to bring the parties to the negotiating table, but Ukraine’s decision not to sign is complicating peace efforts.
